Recurrent syncope attributed to vasovagal syndrome, subsequently diagnosed with cavernous haemangioma – condition & prognosis.

A female patient with a background of longstanding dysautonomic syndrome labelled as ‘malignant vasovagal syncope’. She is then diagnosed with an intermittently bleeding cavernous haemangioma causing vertigo, vomiting and headache.
